No return , No refund policy

We have a strict no return and no refund policy.Due to hygiene and fraudulent reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product was delivered damaged which is unlikely because we double check our items before dispatch and our packaging is completely damage proof. If the product you receive somehow delivers in a damaged form, you have to inform us the same day you receive the order or within 24 hours of receiving it. once the 24 hour period has passed, we will not be responsible for any exchange.

No refunds are accepted if you think the size doesn’t fit or colours are different because accurate sizes of every product are mentioned in product descriptions of each item. The color may vary a little because of camera settings or lighting during product shoot.

we are not responsible if the address provided is incorrect or if the packages established as delivered haven’t arrived. client must pay shipping again if the item is returned because of that. we are only responsible if the product is lost in transit to its destination.

we are not responsible if you damage the product yourself!

Return and exchange process

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, a clear picture of the damaged item. you can send us the details on the following email: info@mimizacollections.com. email us, your name, order number, description of the issue, picture of the damaged product. once our team approves of your inquiry, we will send a new item but you will have to pay for shipping this time.
